Nersant, one of the major Portuguese Business Associations, is holding a Roadshow Dubai/Portugal Roadshow in Dubai with the support of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Roadshow Dubai/Portugal will be held on November 10th, 2020, at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC. The unique event is an initiative that aims to showcase the Ribatejo Region of Portugal under the scope of the “Ribatejo Global” Project, financed by Compete 2020.
Dubai FDI who will be represented by Mr. Ibrahim Ahli, Director of Investment Promotion, will also be present at the event.
In addition to the high-level representatives from Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and from Dubai FDI, the event will be attended by the Ambassador of Portugal in Abu Dhabi, H.E. Joaquim Moreira de Lemos, and by Daniel Pontes, Economic Counsellor to the Portuguese Embassy, as Guests of Honour.
Guest Speakers at the event will include H.E. Ahmed Elmetwally, from the Private Office of Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, as well as of Paul Epping, Chairman of XponentialEQ, of Rabih I. Khoury – Managing Partner of Middle East Venture Partners, of Saul Tarazona – Founder and CEO of Stringgroup and of Sammy Musa, Managing Partner of Gulf Reps Ltd.
Almost a hundred Emirati companies have registered in the event representing, mainly, the sectors of Agri-food, Construction/Building, Tourism and Metalworking.

The “Roadshow Dubai / Portugal” is a multisectoral business event, of a corporate and institutional nature, and limited to Emirati and Portuguese Entrepreneurs/Investors who will gather with the common purpose of creating business opportunities between Emirati and Portuguese companies.
