Gulf Steel Industries Company
Gulf Steel Industries Co (GSIC) started rolling steel for the construction and building industry in 1991. GSIC produces high tensile steel bars – deformed reinforcement bars, using high quality material, under strict quality control. It is also capable of producing bars of other grades. Plans are afoot to add on “Thermax treatment” and produce deformed wire rods for the wire and weldmesh industry.
Gulf Packaging LLC
Formed in 1998 as a joint venture with Polycure Martech Ltd., India, it has been on stream since November 1999, manufacturing PET preforms and blow moulded PET packaging products.
Federal Transformers LLC
Set up in Abu Dhabi in December, 1999 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ANIE, Federal Transformers has a strong expertise in engineering and development, offering high quality power transformers of local origin that cater to the vibrant electric power distribution sector.
Federal Aluminium Co
Federal Aluminium was set up in Abu Dhabi in October 2000 to cater to the increasing global demand for aluminium alloys, and to utilise the keen potential of the Middle East as a manufacturing base.
Polycon Gulf Ltd
Established in 1993, its is a pioneer project for GCC to produce P.E. Water Storage Tanks. It revolutionised the concept of storing healthy potable water. The company’s success can be gauged from the fact that 24 such companies have followed it. Polycon itself has spread its wings to Saudi Arabia and Oman, and plans to enter other Middle East and African regions very soon.
Saudi Polycon LLC
Started in January 2000, Saudi Polycon LLC is a joint venture with a Saudi partner, manufacturing and marketing polyethylene rotomolded tanks in the Kingdom. The tanks are manufactured in accordance with international standards and specifications for water storage needs using FDA approved materials.
Geyad for Commerce & Import Company
A joint venture located in Damman, Saudi Arabia, Geyad fabricates pressure vessels, tanks and steel structures for the petrochemical industry, in collaboration with multinationals such as Technimant, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Bechtel, to name a few.
Emirates Steel Establishment
A 100% group held company established specifically to manufacture steel ingots as a backward integration for Gulf Steel Industries Company, it has been operating since 1998.
Gulf Polymers LLC
This company was set up in 1998 as a joint venture with Devi Polymers of India, for the purpose of manufacturing a wide range of hot pressed SMC panel tanks and their distribution throughout the GCC states.
